[Case Study of Water Treatment Equipment] Miyagi Prefecture Seafood Processing Plant (200m3/d Treatment)

Introduction of case studies on the implementation of water treatment systems due to the deterioration of effluent water quality and improvements in equipment in a space-saving manner.

We would like to introduce a case study of a water treatment facility implemented at a seafood processing plant in Miyagi Prefecture. At this plant, they were operating a batch processing system installed by another company, but frequently experienced sludge floating during discharge, which deteriorated the quality of the effluent. Additionally, due to limited space for expanding the wastewater treatment facilities within the plant, there was a demand for space-saving equipment improvements. As a result, a system that met these conditions, along with in-house operation management, accident analysis, and remote monitoring systems, was evaluated and selected. As a result, despite the high levels of nitrogen and n-hex in the raw water, significant improvements in treated water quality and stable operation were achieved.
